Let me be perfectly clear. There are ZERO leaders in UPs executive levels. Not a single one of you has the character, the integrity, the fortitude to call yourselves leaders. It's absolutely disgusting that you would even refer to yourselves as such. I saw greater moral fiber in the Ta----n than I have in Vena and his crew. At least the Ta----n was honest in their thoughts of us. They freely told us they hated us and wished ill upon us.

Why do we have directors? So many of them hide in their office and do not engage with anyone. Then they leave early and hide at home or at the golf course on their phone. If a major issue occurs, you'd think a director would be around to help. Instead they duck out and the next day ridicule everyone below them for whatever decisions were made regardless of how things turned out; a wasted level of "management"
Leaders actually care about their teams. Those Sc-ms care about their self, their bonus, and looking good so they can weasel their way even higher. The failed leadership is so ingrained the UP will never recover from these parasites that call themselves leaders. Do your time and retire when you can.
Its not just the exec level. My manager last week “forgot” (he forgets a lot when he is told to do something, but God save you if you forget one of many stupid things he says just in passing) to send / forward an email his director told him to send. The director now is micro managing him a little I suspect to send him a message. My manager now is in a even worst mood and is setting arbitrarily early deadlines, I asked him “why” the deadline date has changed? He mumbled, hemmed, hawed, etc until I finally point blank asked him “is this bcuz you are under the microscope for forgetting that email?” He admitted yes, he admitted he looked bad and wants to look good. So I questioned him “how does me and others doing the almost impossible to get this done early going to make you look good?” If we get this done early just bcuz you moved up the deadline that means we did the work then we look good, you didnt “DO” any of the work! He sat there d-mbfounded just staring at me in confusion. These are the kinds of id--ts making decisions.
PS my manager doesnt know how to do any of this work himself anyway 🤣
You must have watched the town hall. I avoid those all together as I’ll never get that time back and it’s all a bunch of lies.
