Thread regarding Ford layoffs

If by review time next spring you are found to be in violation of the 9/1 RTO, they will cut your bonus target by 50%

Got this in good authority from a disgruntled LL3. He's afraid he'll lose many of his best people over this RTO.

In 2027, violaters will be rated lower and be denied bonus and raises.

@ab yup...3% average plus nothing but excuses regarding bonus. Meanwhile...return to mandatory 'casual' overtime, no comp till over 10/day...

They are already tracking your movements throughout the building. Lookup up "proximity badges". They have been testing this for a few years in all of the new buildings.
