That’s why MSO will be impacted more. They likely aren’t offering voluntary layoffs to TD. So it all has to come from MSO.
The funny thing is …..the folks in TD probably would be the first to volunteer!

The calculation that MSO is 75% of the company is grossly exaggerated. MSO is less than 30% of the overall headcount. Even if you added TD, it wouldn't rise to even 50% of the total headcount.

Can't wait that long ...
Waiting for an update...hope to hear on Nov14
They announced CPM in corporate service procurement last Friday
Let me help your brain. MSO is like 75% of the company. They will also be like 75% of the layoffs.
Their is no “targeted”! They just say that…it will be the hunger games across the company.
Except instead of fighting it is about kissing the most a-s! If you haven’t kissed the most a-s it is now too late!
no cake?
MSO gets 2 weeks severance and crate of apples or unripe bananas - your choice as we offer flexibility during these trying times
I have a theory either we don’t get to participate in the volunteer program or we have asinine requirements to be eligible. Org is too big and too blue collar for anything nice to come through.
