Probably a repeat topic. My manager told me no packages to be given this time. Has anyone else heard it?

I believe the package is a Costco cash card for $100 and a one year free membership to a gym of your choice.
@dp wrong
I saw the package today. It's the same as last year's CPM: 4 weeks + 1.5 weeks x years of service (max 47 weeks) + 9 weeks; 1 year of COBRA; APB prorated based on % of the year worked.
Yes that is unfortunately correct
@bt from your boss?
My manager said the package would be a document with words on it, but that's not important right now.
Package Package
You should've taken the Package
No, the packages will always be bountiful. Ignore the state of the company, I deserve to get paid a years salary for being let go due to poor performance
I am not an Intel employee, but I worked in the semi world for many years. Packages vary, depending the company's situation. From what I can see, Intel is hurting, and wants radical change. A disappointing package is at least possible.
By law they only have to give you a few months. In the past, Intel packages were substantially similar over the years.
However, now there is a new CEO and the company is in really bad shape. You just can't be losing $1B every quarter. I
So, if you are a wishful optimist and believe in unicorns and fa----s, you have nothing to worry about. Your package is locked and loaded.
@OP What is wrong with your life that you get off on coming on a board for a company you don't work for, trying to upset people with this nonsense?
Same Sociopath
Yes this is true. Tech companies are no longer providing severance as they release, in timed stages, nearly 75%
is that a notification you were ISPed? or just chatting that is no package? which geo location then?
@OP, Which group and geo location ?
You are not an Intel employee. Most likely ex employee or just a troll..
