Go Go said at an energy conference that employees are really buying in to BT and because there are fewer employees they are getting more done and their jobs are more enjoyable.

More like up the exit ramp on 45 in H town.
They are on the autobahn driving the wrong way into oncoming traffic.
I believe most employees are bought into the idea of improving and even reducing costs. I see it everyday in the business I support.
The issue is that we always just end up cutting heads because it is easy and requires little effort versus the really hard work that addresses the underlying issues or challenging our business model. Employees are tired of that and have little trust left in the ELT and M@rk.
We need someone challenging the status quo and OCI seem to be the only ones willing to do it. It probably leads to them being laid off as well, but right now we need the accountability and someone driving the agenda as most of the LG and ELT are set to 35 on the Autobahn.
