They will get what they deserve as they layoff managers and sales associates that really care and understand luxury business. Very hard to find new people with customer service skills or sense of loyalty .Keep it up and the recent reported drop in sales will be nothing compared to what's to come!!!

How much more can they cut? It’s already skeleton enough. However, it’s really strange in our state they kept 2 GM, 1 at Saks and 1 at NM. I thought they condensed to 1 GM oversees 2 stores. It’s slow as he-l and probably the worst performing store in general.
