Do you feel like he just repeats the same message? It’s always “don’t worry about things you can’t control” or “don’t look at the news”. He says we’re a small but mighty team, isn’t that bad? We shouldn’t be proud of the burnout.

It's very easy to say that when you are at a levels with either
A. You are in little risk of being impacted by cuts
B. You have a nice parachute set up if you get cut
Dinosaurs only know how to speak like that. He’s a relic from the traditional TV days. Needs to be put out to pasture.
