Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Fidelis patients in NY not being managed……..

In NY, not enough HBMC providers to manage Fidelis patients. I hope Fidelis realizes this sooner rather than later. Certainly they should not renew the contract. Posting this in case any Fidelis management checks this forum.

Thanks for posting. This is not a surprise. The AI rebrand this company is pushing is beyond tone deaf and will assuredly fail: it’s not intelligent, the batshit systems they will not invest in people to perform basic system maintenance on are crumbling, external & internal metrics are objectively falsified to subvert fed & state regulations, leaders are now covering their a-s all the way to the bottom rung, and, news flash: technology is not care delivery. It’s not even a robot.

Ask it to reposition your grandmother to prevent bedsores; or keep talking.

This company will implode & anyone who thinks they will make a quick buck will be ensnared with it.

It’s a travesty and I’m so sorry that they have let people die for so long. On the bright side, people like you who come to these threads can and do help. The least we can do is show those who have suffered the dignity of telling the truth; but a ship does not gently go down.

Keep meticulous notes. Go to whistleblower.org next.

There are people outside this company who will help you tell your story (for the right reasons).
