Rumors regarding layoffs in July is spreading.
Many employees said they heard the layoff will happen in mid July.
Can someone have true source confirm it’s true? Who will be targeted? Not enough RTO or NI just get out of PIP?

Happened in USA (SJC as far as my knowledge goes), Singapore, MXC and India. Multiple FTEs, multiple teams. (Some full teams including 4 level)
Yup. Happened today for unknown number of FT salaried employees.

rummors are only rummors until someone actually receive a list/ a number / a meeting invite.
Still, I find curious they changing the policy about redundancy packages begining of 2025.
i haven't heard anything. hope not. teams r already stretched very thin
