This is the second town hall I’ve been to and once again the tell dell results slide has been rushed past. He even had the audacity to say that the results clearly reflect people’s confidence in leadership. Well Patrick what you were saying and sweat you were showing showed two different stories.

When Patrick says the results ‘show confidence,’ he must mean confidence in leadership’s ability to gaslight at scale.
This is the first time that I can recall no comparison to last years results.
They don’t care because they’re busy rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. They’re just trying to keep 20 direct reports and kiss a-s so they can hang on a little longer. They know the dirty little secret that things at Dell are never going back to normal. AI or bust baby!
His voice got very high pitched when he tried to explain the poor overall leadership results ….
Yeah he's full of cr-p.. I'm on a floor of about 120 people we all had it playing.. the were several times we all laught and made fun of his lies and delusional comments..
Not one person I know in Dell has any confidence in the leadership.
