The lower green part of E in HPE is hanging by itself and is the presumed spin off.

Can someone explain how the rebranding indicates a spin off?

No merger is better for Juniper. Juniper should be getting 815 and continue working as she used to be. Juniper is a great company and can sustain it's own.

I'll put my chips on a last minute agreement to avoid a trial. HPE agrees to spin out pieces-something along those lines-in order to save the deal and save face
