They just don’t care. Truly we’ve become a disgusting company.
HR has been silently switching people’s work arrangement status from remote to hybrid with no notice. Happened to a few people on my team and they are being ignored by HR
It is still a free-for-all. Some are coming in while others seemingly do not have to and nothing is being done about it. The ones that do come in are gone by lunch so the whole RTO is still a joke.
Only that this company doesn’t care about it and its employees
