My job description fits on one page but my actual responsibilities could fill a novel. They keep adding "stretch assignments" that become permanent duties without compensation. I'm at this point considering just doing what I was hired to do and if they fire me so be it. It's not worth it anymore.

Weren't we all doing this already?
lol. MDs with their cigars
I've been getting 2's & 3's on my reviews, working about 5 hours a day tops since I transferred to Tampa in 2016. I take hours off in the middle of the day to ride my dirt bike in the Ocala National Forest, going into Tampa three days a week to play hockey (and badge in so they think I care) and smoke a cigar in Ybor City. You get what you give, so I don't give much anymore. I'm only 35 so getting another job won't be all that hard. Its about time to jump anyway. All you su-kers who are lifers at Citi are cray-cray.
Same. My managers keep making up stuff and their counterparts too for me. It's exhausting and unnecessary. It's always something they are pulling out of their behinds to make it look like their dept. is busy. All these "middleman" roles are not necessary or needed. All the meetings, calls and emails are just was to look my manager and his manager are busy so they don't get made ICs (Individual Contributors).
