The main issue is that my manager takes a super laid-back approach to the workflow, as if our time just belongs to him. And no one’s going to push back, because we all want to keep our jobs. On top of that, it’s especially frustrating because we already feel undervalued, both for the work we do and what we’re paid. If management actually showed some real appreciation for our effort and output, I wouldn’t even mind the occasional overtime to help out in a pinch. But the way things are now, it just feels draining at best.

It would be great if stores / supply chain could get any overtime. The union doesnt fight for us, its all a joke. Last year I made 11k in overtime I know i shouldn't expect it but with the the work load we have this year and no overtime at all unless its a storm trouble sorta just drains you. Only so much you can do in a 8 hour day
I hear you. When leadership treats your time like it's theirs to manage without regard for your well-being, it wears you down fast. Putting in extra hours might not feel so heavy if there was any real appreciation behind it, but when you’re already feeling underpaid and overlooked, it just adds insult to injury. A lot of us are feeling the same pressure, and it’s not sustainable.
Same here brother. I don't think I can function like this anymore.
