Doing the work of three people with no support and a constant cloud of layoffs hanging overhead. Leadership only shows up when the numbers drop, and even then, it's just to assign blame. The best part is they’re somehow surprised when people burn out and quit. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone.

Leadership is not accurate.
They’re licking boots while shaking in their own, scared that what they’ve done “to protect us” is about to blow up. It is. Find different work. They are pathological liars. They will tell you that all of corp murica works this way and I quote “the only way to win is not to play” trying to force your hand. Don’t give in. All they will feed you is lies and a paycheck you can collect anywhere else.

You are 100% right! We are having people resign on a constant now. Everyone is tired or being over worked and under paid. Enough is enough! Stop with the layoffs and realigning their work with ours.
