Uh no. Lip bu is gutting the company to make it more attractive to potential buyers. Why do you think every 2 weeks we get an email from him letting us know which executives are leaving and which ones he’s replacing them with based on nepotism and favoritism from his past ventures.
He’s literally consolidating right now. He has no plan, he doesn’t communicate if he does anyway. Pat had a plan and was very vocal about it. We had a quarterly tracker for Christ sakes on our progress. Lip bu has given nothing but layoffs and elevated his nepo buddies to literally get 10 million dollar signing bonuses. Thousands are about to lose their jobs and he literally gave one guy a a 2 million dollar salary with a 10 million dollar SIGNING BONUS. SIGNING. Dude hasn’t even started his job yet and he receives half a decade of his wages up front while the rest of us lose our jobs and beg for free coffee and tea?
That’s why they split intel into two companies. I would bet money on it they want to go fabless because that’s much more profitable. Lip bu has no innovative ideas to bring, he has nothing. He’s worth 400 and something million dollars and is 65 years old (66 this fall). Do yall really thing he has the passion or longevity to bring us back around? No he was brought in by the board to clean house. His first public announcement he stated that the board literally begged him to come “lead” the company.
This isn’t a baptism. It’s a mutiny.
