BNY has unfortunately developed a deeply toxic workplace culture under its current CEO. The environment is driven more by profit and shareholder profits than by a genuine commitment to employee well-being or long-term values. It’s disheartening to witness a place with such a storied legacy—one that traces back to Alexander Hamilton—stray so far from its founding principles of integrity.
Should the merger with BNY move forward, I sincerely hope Northern Trust employees can cope up with the mental atrocities at BNY. BNY CEO runs a mafia in which people who speak truth, care for employees or clients truly cannot survive. Managers who are genuinely dedicated to their teams and committed to principled work may find themselves stifled under the venomous leadership style at BNY. I truly wish them the strength and resilience to endure immoral BNY Leadership and navigate the deeply degraded BNY culture.

@b2+1jyeqh3dy Has Mr. 42 started with his nonsense on NT now? Brace yourselves! It’s about to get wild!
Gosh, NT employees have no clue how inefficient they are. This business needs a boost in productivity starting with mass layoffs of middle management and operations overhaul, especially in tech related operations. BNY is brutal enough to pull it off. I’m on board!!
What is Northern Trust CEO's email address, we want to just give a reality picture of BNY politely and respectfully
