If you’re doing your job and you’re doing it right and you know supervision is letting stuff go that is breaking a federal rule. You should call FRA. Make those FRA inspectors camp in your location and put the heat on the company. Yes, the company will get fines . Yes, they will pay it but the more and more they expose the more and more heat will be brought up upon them.

That’s been tried over and over and nothings come of it and nothings changed. The fra doesn’t care . Nobody is listening to us. Not the company not the fra not congress
