I agree with the other poster. The survey is a waste of time at best and a way to identify troublemakers at worst. Avoid at all costs, there is no benefit to filling these out

As the last poster stated, it’s all leadership interpretation and spin! The survey is useless, as they take it how they want and spin it as all positive. Don’t hold your breath waiting for your leadership to share; the “messaging” they share will tell you absolutely nothing!
They will share the positive and spin the negative.
No, they don't have to. They might pick some major themes to address in public, or they might not. Ultimately it's information traveling upwards, not outward.
