Tuition at the Twin Cities campus will rise by at least 6.5%. But the university is also pursuing cuts of 7%.
Academic units have been asked to come up with millions of dollars in “reallocations” that could lead to program changes and fewer materials in the Law Library, among other things. More than 350 jobs could be eliminated.
