Is it me or is Truist too lazy to create and align job duties with proper job classifications/titles? Or is it that teammates will have to be paid for 3 jobs because their positions are expected to be performed across departments, all job grades, and are expected to put up with being “loaned” to teams and projects without just compensation?

@OP no offense, but I think it might be just you. While there are not many good things I can say about Truist, the job descriptions actually seem to be fairly decent. At least that is my experience.
