Can you even imagine what it’s going to look like from here on out? None of the roles will be backfilled, and the “lucky” ones who survive the cuts will just be expected to pick up the slack. At the pace this whole enterprise has been going down, keeping your job is going to be a very temporary win. So tell me, what exactly am I supposed to be working my a-s off for?

I have only been gone two days and I’m already hearing from my former colleagues they are getting piled on with all the extra work that we all did. At this point I would tell everyone just do what you can and try not to sweat it. It’s going to be what it’s going to be, a nuclear dumpster fire that has been burning for ten years. You have to understand our goals are not their goals no matter what they tell you.
