If you are taking full accountability for how we got to where we are then what are your consequences? If you believe in this so much put your money where your mouth is and work for only your salary this year. Challenge you to put all your 2025 GP capital return back into the firm and this transformation you believe so much in. That would speak volumes.

But she said she takes full responsibility though! Isn’t just saying it enough for people anymore?? Sure, she took a 20% raise right after the announcement along with the other ELT members. But she said she takes responsibility so it’s all fine!

This would seriously go a long way. Better yet, donate your 2025 earnings to those taking VSPs. An extra thank you to the employees you care so much about. $30 million divided by 3,000 would be an extra $10k each for those leaving.
She was NEVER a "ONE" EJ. Nor did she want to keep the "corporate culture."
I opted put of VSP and still weighing my options. Won't walk out till I have another plan.

Totally agree! Why hasn’t she resigned? She said she takes responsibility for this mess and for growing the HO by 6,000 people in 4 short years. She should be the first to quit.
