Something big is afoot, anyone know what? My prediction, they merge it all under one thing, cross train HC (although the decision makers with no clinical comprehension who get a great idea to justify their position, don’t understand these HC NPS haven’t treated or prescribed in years and they have hobbled them themselves. What do you know?

I’ve heard optum at home and FPM is supposed to merge later this year and have been assuming for awhile that Landmark is over and done, thanks to optum.
