@1jb Ahh but you make the incorrect assumption that the performance of frontier is because of leadership. That’s the whole point. It’s not. Leadership takes credit but that’s not who’s doing the work or making the accomplishments.

Yeah right - so that’ll be exactly the same ‘Craft’ and Front Line that was there when the company was a bankrupt basket case? Did those people change something to make the company successful and have a long term future? Err, no, they did not. Must have been someone else then….

@sag Maybe the "Boat Salesman" could be rehired as a door to door salesman

Hopefully they will get rid of all second levels especially the “Boat Salesman”

I currently work at Verizon, what I've seen is that existing management gets let go when VZ has converted their processes to the Verizon way. Seen this with Blujeans,Tracfone, Yahoo, etc. Usually 1-2 years. Tip: If you are offered the voluntary separation package - take it.

Ok apparently they don't like was said about Wisconsin management e.i. Joe Muia and his LM 's because our post was deleted. VZ/FTR get the hint already get rid of them all or continue to see these posts .

That’s making the assumption that Verizon doesn’t actually look at the complete pile of garbage frontier calls their network and backs out. Frontier has just got good marketing but still relies on 30 year technology to back new technology . Check out my Lamborghini, it has a golf cart motor.

According to your logic management just says we want twice as much production done. If it doesn't work out it's not management's fault.

Yep dude, it has nothing to do with your systems, training or customer service. I thought that was management's main role.

@zy looking at relative performance, I'd say Verizon is full of incompetents.....

I doubt they’ll keep any managers. Maybe for a little while but within a year they will be encouraged to leave. After a year they will be told to leave. Frontier is full of incompetents. Verizon will figure that out quick.
