401K contribution suspension in 2020 for 1 year

Is anyone legally trying to recover their full 1 year EM company 401K contribution suspension in 2020-2021 or just accepting the 1000 dollar offer to retirees? I read that a few refinery unions were able to negotiate the full contribution amount. I appreciate your responses. Thank you!

We take a long term approach to our compensation program, except when it benefits us and then we take a short term approach and do a knee je-k reaction by suspending matching contributions and freezing wage increases lol

Clinton union workers in 2020-21 who are now retired were offered 1000 dollars. I'm not sure about the offer for Clinton 2020-21 union workers who are still working.

If you’re an MPT you won’t be seeing anything. In union negotiations they tossed hourly folks a few dollars to shut them up.

There never will be any form of repayment, why? Because they don’t have too

Company position is ‘if you don’t like it, leave’

I retired before this happened thankfully.
I still can't believe they did it
Biggest low blow I have ever heard of.
Company making large profits. Executives banking big bucks while the little guy suffers.
Pretty sorry.

Dear Board,

We'll never forget that little stunt.

Am sure our POS executive class kept themselves more than whole by stuffing their pockets with bonus and RSUs while they implemented this BS on the rest of us. Such pieces of trash. Exact opposite of how their at risk comp is supposed to work

Yes - what was the offer and the process, if you know any details?
I'd also expect reimbursement for any stock gains estimated for the 5 years not invested. I would have had all in Nvidia.
But that's just me.
