Soon Marvin will be forced to hire in house employees and return to our own delivery department. He will have to dig deep in his pockets and pay a wage and benefits to citizens of this country to do the job without multiple complaints every day. These third party companies will be toast.

Our third party shows up every time. Our in house drivers used to call off constantly and take their time delivering to milk overtime. Maybe we just got lucky.
@ea third party made us competitive, reduced the stock piling of appliances in receiving and at this point going back now would be a complete waste of time. Complaints are few and far between. Something that would be great to bring back would be installing ourselves. IST is terrible and what is the need for a specialty ASM?
These 3rd party company’s hire people with zero skill and over load them with delivery’s. High complaints very high damage on customer products and homes. This is fun to watch as I sit back with my smart food popcorn. Customers come into the store so very mad. And marv is worried about AI and telling workers to stay at the front end at a machine. lol this keeps getting better and better.
