Seems like a random mascot and a product of the dysfunction in the organization.
Do we really need mascots when we have some of the greatest characters in the entertainment world? Maybe use Transformers, Sonic, Spongebob, Dora, GI Joe, Ninja Turtles, etc to promote things? Paramount Mountain Superbowl with all the characters was one of the best Superbowl ads of that night.
