I do have vested RSU's and looking for some guidance if they are still worth $40 after the merger goes through and I'm no longer a Juniper employee at that time.

@1cj If you have unvested RSUs then you’re an employee and should already know the answer to this.
Suppose the acquisition goes through, what would happen to unvested RSUs?
HPE is paying $40/share if allowed to buy JNPR. If not, you get market value. They're your shares. Whether you're employed or not doesn't matter. Unless they haven't vested. Then they're still juniper's shares.
No longer $36 now.
Merger is not happening. Just sell at 36 and move on.
Just sell it for the what ever price you are getting today.
