Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Dell Telt

Watching leaders point out the positives is hilarious. So many negatives. "Don't look at the red parts but you flip to page 2, at the bottom there is a green but I want to focus on"

Hahahaha

Dell management are incapable of admitting when they are wrong and even if they admit that a problem exists they will committee it until maybe it goes away.

They’ll probably shrug off the results hoping the remaining employees won’t be so negative.
In Hopkinton were were all urged to participate and honestly answer a survey sponsored by the Boston Globe to determine the best employers in the state. They would have been better off if they had not asked. I answered honestly, not spitefully, but it was how I felt.

The board of directors should be looking for better c-level employees

So very true. Whoever your manager is needs to just be real.
