Yup where all being replaced by agentic AI. Entire orgs will be teams of bots and 1 maybe 2 human overseers.

Typically, layoffs occur in January and August, but recently, they’ve been happening monthly, so it’s unpredictable.

Despite Dell’s ample resources to retain all employees, their pursuit of higher profits drives them to outsource as much as possible. Even critical “untouchable” core services are gradually being moved overseas. No job at Dell is secure except for those at the very top. To them, we’re all expendable.

If you have time off, please use it as soon as you can.
