If my VSP is denied, I’m thinking about resigning or should I wait until I get an ISP?

I'm sorry you have such a bad leader. Unless you already have a sure thing lined up, consider swallowing your pride for a while and play nice until you get an ISP. I know it's hard to do. If you are experiencing severe depression a mental health leave is an option. You are better than they say you are.
