As expected the VLO positions are now being opened in Zaragoza and Gurugram. Such a sad evolution of the company.

At least they do a lot of dancing and loud music. Imagine going through a he-l if a commute to be in a circus all day. What a life.
But the work council is getting money from the company, as they are paying their salaries. And usually are a bit more than others on same level so that the Woco can pretend to be on employees side but do the company bidding.
I asked the same question to the works council, but how can the company use complexity reduction as an excuse to cut jobs in HZO and then start hiring for the same positions in other Tech locations? And it seems that the works council had no idea. HR and Tech leaders had pulled the wool over their eyes.
The level of ineptitude of the Tech leadership and the HR leadership are a match made in heaven. Both have the same problem, people promoted wildly above their capabilities.
Both of them are cheaper, but one performs significantly better than the other. Let's see if better than HZO
