The Board continues to to press the snooze button on this. By allowing such an underachiever to remain in charge—someone who has contributed to Teradata’s ongoing revenue decline, consistently missed growth targets, and repeatedly blamed customers for longer sales cycles and increased deal oversight—they are enabling a leader who excels more at making excuses than delivering results.
