@wd they are hiring 250 recruiters so when they quit after they only got 4 nurses they can give them to the top recruiters so they stay at the top. Don’t you wonder how the top recruiters stay at 40-50 but have barely got any new blood.

So glad we hired 250 recruiters in the last 5 months. Feels like we should’ve invested in the people that are on this sinking ship and keep it more than afloat before bringing in more people.

C-Suite doesn't care about any of it. Riding the dying wave and collecting massive paychecks while hiring their friends to do the same. At the end, we'll have 58 C-suite members, 4 US-based recruiters, 3 US-based IT people, and 2000 people employed in the Philippines. The C-suite will then get jobs somewhere else while the rest of us struggle.

Thank you to who posted this eye opening info confirming what everyone’s thoughts have been. Now I’ll be monitoring that site too since these places are the only places we can get true info. No damn transparency

I foresee this credit rating dropping even further considering we cannot even bill our clients accurately.

This totally makes sense now. I am glad to who ever found and posted this nugget. They claim to be transparent but this article tells the true story. Just admit you can’t run a company girl power didn’t work with this group that’s for sure. Keep taking those trips c-suite because you will be in the jobless boat like most of us soon it looks like. Wow just wow.

They missed their window to sell and make the most money 3 years ago. Every day that passes, MedSol gets closer to bankruptcy protection.

Didn't take them long to ruin a great company once known as C&A!

Someone should post the link to this article on Medical Solutions Linked in page.

This is what everyone has been predicting would happen. As the article states, it's unsustainable for the medium to long term. When the word bankruptcy or shutting down the company was floating around, this is the main reason. The company isn't profitable in a unsustainable industry. What they are trying to achieve isn't possible.

So what does that mean for everyone still with the company: well layoffs will continue, numbers will remain dramatically low, they will continue outsourcing positions to try to "save money" thinking it will make an impact on the numbers, while not taking into account that they are working in a dying industry and that none of that matters when the clientele isn't there nor the demand for the traveling nurses. It's a vicious never ending cycle once you get to this stage. Eventually they won't have any other choice than to sell the company or completely file bankruptcy or shut down. This article is really telling on where they truly are sitting and how BAD this actually is. Since they seem to want to sugarcoat everything instead of looking at the hard facts in front of them.

If you weren't planning on departing, I'd definitely be doing so now after reading that whole article. It seems like everything will go downhill sooner or later as it isn't sustainable nor is any progress actually being made with what they are doing.

Uh that’s alarming especially since they keep saying we are trying to get to 10%. They aren’t even close.
