Can anyone in HR give some insights into whether there is a plan to relax the 185 day rule for spouses (as they did during the pandemic)?

180 day rule won’t change.
airspace is closed over Iran, Iraq and all the way to Israel but planes still operate - flying over Cyprus into Egypt, cross the Red Sea and then to Dammam or Doha. No need to isolate like COVID...no chance of relaxing anything...
I don't think the post needs deleting. An official policy quote from Aramco would be VERY telling on their attitude towards expats.

I know that HR trolls this website and thought I’d ask. Pretty sure it will be the case of relaxing the 185 day rule in any event of airspace closures or travel restrictions to dammam.
