@r7 The aggressive and demeaning actions are the manifestation of their lack of quality and character. They are NOT their titles, they are NOT leaders, and nothing gets done because they will not take action that doesn't benefit or create glamour for themselves, they can't comprehend it. Hence, the masquerading. If Truth were allowed at "Truist", the darkness would flee for it hates the LIGHT.

There are people masquerading as leaders who use F word, are blatantly aggressive on calls, demeaning, etc but nothing gets done. What a shame. I am heading to Glassdoor to write my review.
Well said. Agree with replies below. Hop on over to Truist Glassdoor page. The ratings, would you recommend to a friend and CEO approval is abysmal. Glassdoor rating is lowest of any competitor bank. Leadership is aware of employee sentiment at Truist. They won’t do another Engagement Survey as they realize results will be terrible and they’ll just farm it out to lower level managers to create action plans as they did last time. Those action plans just went into a black hole with no meaningful changes occurring.
Unless Bill is forced, I am betting it won’t. The last one was atrocious and all EL did was blame teammates and low level people managers, they didn’t think it was a direct reflection on them and so they just patted each other on the back and gave each other millions in bonuses.
LOL! If I had to guess, I’d say never.
I mean, what’s the purpose of doing a survey if the results are just ignored. Remember, EL and upper management don’t care what we think anyway. We just need to play offense, work harder, do more, produce more revenue and keep our mouths shut.
