Anyone knows if pulse survey will be back this year?
Last year responding to pulse survey negatively seems to have impacted my bonus heavily and received negligible raise.
Yet, everything I vented about are still the same, in fact they have gotten worse.
I was told I cannot work from SLC office and if I need to be employed I will need to move to Boston.
Only going to happen once a year. Still going to score low. Things have only gotten worse.
The pulse survey like everything else is on someone’s annual goals. It is meaningless! Nobody is going to look at it or do anything that would improve things.
There is clearly no point in the pulse survey. Everyone I knew ripped it to shreds and leadership never cared. Also not trying to rub it in but my bonus was the same as the year prior and I gave very negative feedback on the survey.
The pulse survey didn’t impact your bonus. Everyone’s bonus rate was low last year
