The toxicity has reached new levels recently. Is anybody else wondering if Citi is doing this on purpose to force us to quit? I know I sound paranoid, but the whole culture doesn’t just deteriorate at this speed without some major help and direction. I honestly believe this is intentional.

no, they are taxing the remaining employees for everything they got. It would be a mistake to run off what remains, but the show must go on and the workload gets past to the remaining people.

Your best workers already know what’s broken. They know how to fix it.
They’ve brought it up 3 times.They’ve been ignored 3 times. The company always run off their key players before they realize they were the backbone of success. Then they believe that somehow mandating that everyone fill in that knowledge gap magically imbues everyone with that knowledge gap that left.
