Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Dinosaur thinking.

To me management has dinosaur thinking. They wish for each and every employee to give their all and 100% company loyalty. ppphhffttt….whatever.

Employees are as loyal to the company as the company is to them. In other words….nada…nil…none. Employees work just hard enough to not be the worse person on the team. If something else comes along with more pay, they leave.

Just like employers pay just enough but certainly not competitive pay. Just enough to match everywhere else. When it comes bonus time…you get peanuts. If an employee comes along that’s cheaper…..such as a vendor…you are out the door.

The next TH that comes around, its all about what can you do for the company to make a difference and don’t forget to give more, more, more. Each attendee who can be seen of course does what they are supposed do, smile and nod in unison but they are all thinking the same thing.
