Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Looking forward to being laid off

I don’t mean to sound crass, it’s just that I can’t keep doing this anymore. It’s going to take a very long time for Intel to stabilize and actually start making meaningful progress, if it ever does. It’s been dragging on for too long, and I’m simply not willing to go through the wringer anymore. I truly wish all the best to those who need this job. But as far as I’m concerned, the sooner I’m out, the better.

@ad... why would anyone at TSMC give a sh!t about Intel. Intel isn't competition for them at any level. TSMC has their own focus and it doesn't involve wasting anytime worrying about Intel. Intel doesn't even have 1% of the foundry market share.

the layoff goblins look for this type of attitude, for names to add to the keep list. It’s a shame.

Part of me is looking forward if I get laid off so it will push me to focus 100% on my side job.

It's awesome when adults know the difference between its and it's. It's music to my ears and it's a great joy. Those who know and are laid off mean the company loses its most valuable employees, and it's a darn shame.
