Nothing ever happens. There is all this talk but nothing ever happens. Specialists never get eliminated. Full time for non-management never gets eliminated. Back end roles never get eliminated. One task team never gets reduced. MST never takes over the roles they have been rumored to take over. MST never gets reduced. District team is still as large and useless as ever. Third party has never taken over tasks in the store other than delivery/assembly/custodial. It’s a crock of lies and conjecture. Here on out, disregard anything anyone says about the future of your position. All is good.

Nothing ever happens. More treading water staying in the same place.
Lowes is very slow at rolling out these new programs but it’s there. Change is on the way.
Like the old saying goes, I will believe it when I see it.
