Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

Energy Survey - a realistic joke.

So 73% of employees responded with 88% positive comments and love Enbridge.
Literally everyone that I spoke to said that I have had my fill of this company’s bullsh-t. And stated that they gave a negative feedback to the survey and did not care.
If you think the results are actually legitimate and believable then ask for another glass of mo--n kool-aid being served up.
Bottoms up

The odds that the current generation leaders even have the skills and guts to take on negative feedback is low if not entirely unrealistic.

These people are trained to believe they are gods and kings in the world. The learned through essays and analysis in textbooks in MBA programs - not by experience, progression and real life examples.

Giving negative feedback to any corporate leader is a waste of time - they will do nothing with it, and why should they? They make massive compensation regardless of whether they action negative feedback or not.

If that negative feedback causes a problem with the company they are given a golden parachute out with millions in exit packages, a glowing reference to avoid lawsuits (cause a lord / king can be expected to join the peasants again). They sign up with an executive recruiter firm and move to the next position. The rules are different for these people.

Remember the first rule of executive privilege club is you don’t talk about executive privilege club.

There is no reason for them to even care about negative comments in a company as they are immune to the consequences of poor leadership.

The sad thing is, like most of these surveys, the result's are spun like most propaganda. The rank and file will never know what the actual results are. It is all just a show.
