Lots of round table meetings being setup by GP in ISG over the next few weeks. Could any of this be Tell Dell related?

I was invited to a Round Table meeting last year. I was excited about going and had my questions lined up. Then the morning of the big day an email went out that a she had a prior commitment and the Round Table was canceled. Never rescheduled.
No round table meeting needed, especially ISG. Feel free to add your own positive suggestions.
Want to improve morale try this:
In writing, on real paper not email, send employees a letter that announce the end of planned layoffs barring severe market changes. That will show us that you can plan ahead.
Stop sending daily ‘Important communications’ and ban ‘Direct From’ email unless it really is directly from and not compiled by a flunky. These often repeat what some other ‘leader’ sent out.
Hire leaders, not managers, who can inspire their employees. They are few and far between now.
Spend more on tools to diagnose and fix customer issues
Spend less on tools that are designed to micro manage, including tracking bathroom breaks.
Release products that have been thoroughly tested to failure.
Reopen the fitness centers or open them in offices that don’t have them.
Go back to pre-pandemic attendance policies and be more flexible with work at home.
Oh, and one more, If you are a manager, director, VP and you pass a flunky like me in the hall - at least acknowledge that I said good morning. Don’t just walk past me like I’m a piece of furniture. I’m the guy who bailed you out last year when the customer threatened to sue Dell. (You know who you are)
I’m about done with the circlej--kbrown bags.
