Some layoffs did happen, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were more in the next few weeks. Just a feeling, I don’t know for sure.
Severance packages are based on employment level. Support gets 8 weeks, Professional/Senior get 10 weeks, etc.

Did the lay offs already happen or in the process, will it continue to the July or next big round is in October? What about severance grades, not sure what that grade actually mean, anybody knows?
