Just got cut in latest Supply chain round this week. Seems they hired folks completely new to the category with 0 exp in the area. Thumbs up Shell. Gotta love how networking >>> merit and experience at this company these days.
@1aw
Indeed what’s up with that id--tic global bla bla mental health bla bla? As if it’s going to help.
It has become a pathetic company to work for …forever reorgs…you get ample mental health training to cope! You’ll be much happier once you leave the stupid European company.
Useless as Peter Voser back in the days. Shall will carry on, but without the soul and pride.
That got lost post Corona days. It is just tension and stress every day.
Wishing all staff the best and strength in carrying on in the environment that is nothing like back in the days.
Ex Shell staff.
cut costs
cut people
buy back stock
wael “3 moves only” swan, ladies and gentlemen
he’ll be gone within two years after using these unsustainable practices to make his bonus
Waiting for the the dividends pay out end June. Then buy a bigger (petrol) car :)
I’d cash those psp shares anytime they’re above water in the strike period. Shell stock just waffles about because Shell operational performance never signals anything to excite investors.
I Left Shell IT last year, fed up with babysitting BLR. What area IT is cutting now? Still have lots of psp shares, that's is why I am still interested.
IT still cutting
the cuts will continue until morale improves
Glad to see the disgruntled, rude commentor was deleted. Guess he/she is feeling antsy about getting the unpleasant visit from their supervisor and HR. Because the cuts will continue.
Still waiting on cristofer
You must not work at Shell if you don’t know.
People are still leaving this month after the last round of YLs cuts.
