Managers here don’t manage anything. My boss doesn’t even know my name, doesn’t train me, and doesn’t care. I ask for help and get ignored. What’s the point? I’m young, not stupid. This isn’t how you run a business. I already have two interviews lined up at better places.

In my 12 years, I guess I've been pretty lucky to generally have very supportive and responsive management. I had a stint early on where I couldn't say that, but that hasn't been the case for the last decade.
Too many managers there manage their own reputations instead of their team and the products.Difficult to watch teams produce nothing yet always get accolades. Wake up.
Any kind of training at Teradata is an absolute joke especially the sales training. I guess in the scheme of things it doesn’t really matter since we don’t have anything worthwhile to sell.
@OP they’re probably too busy helping sweep the mess caused by inept AE’s and Service Sales under the carpet.
