I left a good job at WFM because I was under the impression that Aldi offered some of the best job security among major grocers. I’m not talking about small chains, we don’t even have those where I live. I honestly didn’t expect to be facing something like this within just two months of joining. It definitely makes me question whether I made the right decision.

@ac mass layoffs, job insecurity, a complete shift in company culture just to name a few.
I feel you. I’ve been with Aldi for a few years now and it does not feel like the same company.
The weirdest part is they’re still talking themselves up like this is a great place to work. It’s just not true anymore.
