Waters like to DEI virtue signal but the minute an ND employee needs a bit of understanding they are put on a PIP with objectives designed to be impossible to meet.

During the last round of layoffs, the company specifically targeted minority employees, including those with varied political beliefs. No moderates or conservatives were retained.
Wheelchair access everywhere,doorways,hallways,lift,toilet,cars spaces but no actual people in wheelchairs.talk the talk etc
@a1 the person wasn’t hired as DEI. Seems you completely missed the point that they don’t want to accommodate anyone who doesn’t fit the mold. They just talk a good game. But no actual substance.

It’s a shame. Waters is a co-ktail of wokeness, ineptitude, and toxic bullying.
DEI is a cancer upon actual functional businesses. shame on your for thinking that hiring based on traits instead of merit is acceptable.
