So this IS the 60-day notice!

To do nothing for 60-days and still get pay and benefits. This is to comply with CA laws for Elon. What are you going to sue him for? That this is not fair and you still want to have your job? Are you for real?

If you sue you don’t get severance pay. Said another way, to get the severance pay you have to give up your right to sue. It is always better to take the severance unless you have been illegally terminated or discriminated against.

The email appears to comply with the WARN act, since they are technically keeping folks employed for at least 60 days. We will see the severance details in about 1 week, when we get the details. We can decide whether to sue or not at that time.

From Business Insider
"Read the blunt Twitter email telling employees that their jobs are axed"

  • Grace Kay

"Today is your last working day at the company, however, you will remain employed by Twitter and will receive compensation and benefits through your separation date of February 2, 2023."
